Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Utilize MS Project, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive to manage projects and maintain records.

Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
