Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjust claims in a fair and timely manner
- Market and follow-up on business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property claims
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
- Adjuster's license, or currently pursuing CIP designation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
