About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at Aroma Maya. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food services staff.
    • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage to meet customer demand.
  • Service Delivery
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services and drive sales.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food services management role.
