About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at Aroma Maya. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall performance.
  • Operational Planning
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food services management role.
