About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Aroma Maya. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize our operations.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure we are meeting our high standards.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit and train staff, and set work schedules to meet our business needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet our business needs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
