Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Papa John's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and food safety.
- Ensure that all restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Customer Service and Experience
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Education and Experience
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.
