Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Operations Management: Oversee general maintenance and cleanliness of property, including equipment, facilities, and grounds.
  • Team Development: Collaborate with other departments to implement initiatives that achieve financial targets, develop individualized programs of intervention to meet individual team members' needs, and provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of performance.
  • Leadership: Develop and motivate team members to achieve their full potential, provide coaching and training to improve technical skills, and establish a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar.
  • Passionate about developing others and driving business growth.
  • Established leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in training and motivating teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
