Restaurant Operations Manager

Papa John's is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize senior staff positions, and establish objectives for the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate or approve policies and programs, represent the organization in negotiations, and select executive staff.
- Operations Management: Optimize working conditions, manage middle managers, and ensure efficient operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Organized, team player, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
