Tiro Marketing is seeking a Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to oversee the sales operations in our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve performance and retention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and employee performance
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Outlook and iOS devices
- Estimated salary: $60,000 per year
