Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager at Apollo Moving. This role requires a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales activities and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including revenue growth and team development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for bonuses and other benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
