Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at 963822 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas, including windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
