Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, equipment, and buildings to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including boilers, refrigeration systems, and HVAC systems.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- One (1) year of experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial).
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate.
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job.
- Pool Operator certificate, where required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
