Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Representative at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, with comprehensive training provided upon hiring. As a Hotel Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions, and creating memorable stays for our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage, providing a warm and welcoming first impression of our resort.
  • Maintain linen closets and room attendant carts in order, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Receive merchandise deliveries and ensure they are properly stored and processed.
  • Ensure the impeccable presentation of the reception areas, lobby, lounges, terrace, and immediate landscaping of the terrace at all times, reflecting the high standards of our brand.
