Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced reception supervisor to join our team at Marriott Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

About the Role: As a reception supervisor, you will possess in-depth knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily reception tasks, such as arrivals and departures, ensuring good interdepartmental communication, and assisting with payroll administration. In the absence of the department manager, you will assume responsibility for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist the department manager with payroll administration and other related tasks.
  • In the absence of the department manager, take ownership of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
