As a valued member of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the high standards of our hotel.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and stocking rooms according to quality standards, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and laundry facilities. They will also be expected to respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and stock rooms according to quality standards (supplies, beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, exterior entrances, windows)
  • Maintain clean laundry room and complete laundry inventory form
  • Take down dishes from floors
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and questions

Requirements:

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided upon hiring. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
