Job Summary

This is a senior-level administrative role that provides high-level support to a Vice President in the Technology and Operations National Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative assistance to the executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, handling all correspondence and inquiries.
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and expense report processing.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in executive administration or a related field.
