Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP INC. This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, organize, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
    • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
    • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
    • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
    • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Training and Development
    • Arrange training for staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
Work Environment

Permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week.
