Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP INC. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Team Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure effective sales operations.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and distribution.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
