Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, team player
