About the Role

Info-Tech Research Group is seeking a highly skilled Associate Producer/Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our video production team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our IT research content to life through engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and research for video projects, including booking guests and gathering pre-production information.
  • Pull salient content, statistics, and data from blueprints to inform video content.
  • Develop detailed outlines for each video segment and script intros and outros.
  • Book talent and subject matter experts for video shoots.
  • Oversee the run of show during shoots, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a consistent tone and brand voice.

Requirements

  • College or university training with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a studio setting or newsroom.
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and incorporate feedback from stakeholders while managing workloads effectively.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver error-free content.
  • Experience working in an agile, market-driven company is an asset.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Jira project management software.
  • Ability to schedule and keep everyone on schedule.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
