The Lead Pharmacy position at Loblaw Companies Ltd is a strategic leadership role that requires expertise in pharmacy operations, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription preparation and delivery, as well as maintaining adequate inventory levels and providing excellent customer service.
  2. Supervise and train pharmacy staff to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  3. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, driving business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  2. Current Class A Pharmacist license.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy management, with a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, combined with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
