Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Department Head to join our team at Narayan Pharma Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our department and ensuring that we meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience or equivalent.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 32-40 hours of work per week. You will be required to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and make decisions quickly. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
