Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our Service module software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its applications in the Service module
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers
- Provide expert support and guidance to customers on software implementation and data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training and support services
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month within Canada and the USA
