The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Training Organization (DTO), you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our software.
Job Responsibilities- Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software, including its features and functionalities.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers, both virtually and on-site.
- Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks, ensuring seamless integration with our software.
- Become an expert in our payroll module and provide support to customers as needed.
- Take the initiative to learn new products and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to training requests in a timely manner and escalating issues to the corresponding teams.
- Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, identifying their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the DTO team to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay organized and manage competing priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the parts or service area of a dealership.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
