Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Connecting Dots - Innisfail. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Flexibility and organized.
  • Ability to work in a rural area.
