Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Tajpur Investments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This role will involve evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to meet business objectives
  • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement budgets to monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Language:

The primary language of this role is English.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
