Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This includes evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, and resolving issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement price and credits policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
- Regularly required to sit for long periods of time and use a computer
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude
- Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results
- Time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role
