Job Description

Tajpur Investments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to lead our customer-facing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in managing staff and implementing customer-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demands
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient customer service
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on customer needs
  • Implement price and credits policies to meet customer expectations
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demands
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Determine staffing requirements to meet customer needs
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
