Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Tajpur Investments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the business is operating within budget.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Hours:

The Customer Service Manager will work 40 hours per week.
