Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Station Liquor Store Ltd. DBA Station Liquor Store. Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the store, while also ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote our products to drive sales and meet sales targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of sales success and customer service excellence.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
