Fairmont Chateau Whistler is Canada's year-round outdoor adventure destination. Our resort offers ski-in, ski-out convenience in the winter and an on-site championship golf course in the summer. We are also Whistler's largest conference resort hotel, featuring 5 unique dining outlets, a slope-side Health Club, and 519 guestrooms and suites.

**The Opportunity:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to lead our housekeeping team. As a Lead Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills and ensure seamless day-to-day operations, while maintaining our high service standards. Your ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to our team's success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Assist the Director of Housekeeping in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset

- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

**Salary:** $24.30 - $28.15 per hour (dependent on experience), with opportunities for tenure-based hourly rate increases.
