Senior Market Research Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Market Research Professional to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As an Associate Manager, Market Research, you will play a crucial role in supporting all quantitative & qualitative projects conducted by the Market Research team.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing research support across various projects, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving results-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project kick-off meetings and team briefings to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct background research to guide development of relevant proposals, questionnaires, and discussion guides
  • Participate in safety (adverse event) training and review data to ensure accurate reporting
  • Manage respondent lists and master databases, including removal of duplicates and updating contact information
  • Liaise with translation agencies and validate translations to ensure accuracy
  • Lead online recruitment and interview coordination activities, including invitation drafting and send outs
  • Research and compile ad hoc recruitment lists according to project needs
  • Monitor fieldwork and send reminders to ensure attainment of set quotas within set timelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or life sciences
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in market research
  • Experience in conducting recruitment, data processing, online survey programming, charting, and other market research skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
What We Offer:
