Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to lead our pharmaceutical market research team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects within timelines, prioritizing work flow, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective management of multiple projects, including prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Client communication and relationship building, ensuring timely updates and addressing concerns.
  • Collaboration with external vendors for fieldwork management, data analysis, and debrief writing.
  • Development of analysis plans, data tables, and advanced analytics deliverables.
  • Visual presentation of concepts and insights through impactful data visualization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with a focus on the pharma industry.
  • Middle to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with questionnaire development, fieldwork management, and data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in life or applied sciences, business, or marketing.
  • Valid passport and eligibility to work in Canada and/or the US.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Our hybrid work structure allows for remote work and two anchor days in our GTA location.
