About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in the Mental Health and Addictions department. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our services, while also providing collaborative leadership and guidance to our interprofessional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Mental Health and Addictions department
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership and interprofessional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage human resources, financial resources, capital/material assets, and information
  • Report on indicators, including financial, human resource, clinical, and client/family satisfaction

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a recognized mental health and/or addiction health discipline or related field
  • Five years' experience in a mental health and addictions system, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Registered/eligible for registration and a member in good standing of the relevant regulatory body
  • Member of the Canadian College of Health Leadership with CHE designation or equivalent

We offer a competitive salary range of $43.90 - $58.33 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
