Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons Bridgewater. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability and implement cost-saving measures;
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality control;
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed;
- Supervise staff to ensure effective training, coaching, and performance management;
- Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and promote brand awareness;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business strategies;
- Degree or diploma in hospitality, business administration, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a multi-unit operation;
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
