Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jessy's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising staff in various areas of responsibility;
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations;
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
- Negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities;
- Conducting performance reviews and addressing employee concerns;
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints;
- Maintaining inventory and controlling costs;
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed;
- Participating in marketing plans and implementation;
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role;
- A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail;
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles;
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
