Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at TSK Networks. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management
- Assist with the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Identify and report any security or safety concerns to management.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic security clearance.
