Job Title: Internal Control Analyst SOX, Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Control Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in our financial reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control enhancements and process improvements
  • Provide training and support to employees on internal control procedures and SOX compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure our internal controls remain effective
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
  • Minimum of two years of experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, or financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a must
