Job Summary

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a highly skilled Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Milton, ON. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.

About the Role

As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our centre. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that support child development and learning.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being.
  • Conducting assessments to identify children's abilities, interests, and needs, and discussing progress with parents and other staff members.
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues, management, and families to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Ontario College of ECE membership as a Registered Early Childhood Educator.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a lead teacher.
  • Compliance with provincial requirements for childcare employment.
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certification.
  • Up-to-date immunization and health assessment as per local Minister of Health requirements.
