Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and ensuring the well-being and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing engaging programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning and organizing the daycare area.
  • Assist with daily routines, such as preparing snacks, arranging rooms, and facilitating rest periods.
  • Help early childhood educators with record-keeping and submitting written observations on children.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
