Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Join Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc in creating a nurturing environment for young minds to grow. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized learning space
  • Assist in daily routines, including snack preparation and room setup
  • Support early childhood educators in developing and implementing programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate records of children’s progress
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities
  • Develop and lead engaging activities, such as storytelling, songs, and crafts
  • Assist children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations of children to early childhood educators
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children’s progress and challenges
