Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist co-workers in maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Support early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities
  • Engage children in educational activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Guide children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms for meals and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress and any challenges they may be facing
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility and reliability
