Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities such as art, music, and dramatic play.
  • Support children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move children as needed.
