**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
- Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
