Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Adventure Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Development and Implementation
Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Employee RelationsProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
Recruitment and HiringCoordinate the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and select top talent.
Employee Data and InformationOversee the analysis and maintenance of employee data and information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communication and ReportingDevelop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and procedures.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
Experience3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Computer SkillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and project management software.
