Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personnel Administrator to join our team at SHAH PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and screening applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate job applications to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions
  • Coordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
