At ADVENTURE CANADA, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our human resources policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development: Collaborate with management to establish and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and promote a positive work environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management on HR-related matters.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with project management software.
