Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel-related data, including payroll, personal information, leaves, and turnover rates.
- Liaise with other departments, such as payroll and benefits, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and assisting with shortlisting and employment contract issuance.
- Assist supervisors with performance management procedures, including scheduling meetings and maintaining team agendas.
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records for new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support other functions as assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Ability to work with ATS software and HRIS systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
