Kepler Communications is a pioneering company in the space industry, dedicated to bringing internet connectivity to space. With an expanding base of customers and 23 satellites in orbit, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team.

Job Summary

The CCO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring overall business success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in the satellite communications industry.

About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities, who can craft and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. As a senior commercial leader, you will have a deep understanding of the satellite communications industry, and a proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

You will have at least 8 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role, with a strong background in developing and executing successful commercial strategies. Experience in marketing, mergers, acquisitions, and business development is highly desirable. Additionally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop a product strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch support.
  • Manage product budgets and P&L to meet financial targets, driving revenue growth while balancing the need for profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, offering mentorship and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in satellite communication or similar technology field.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to drive innovation in a growing company.
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
