Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage dispensary operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  2. Recognize opportunities to enhance patient care and develop strategies to improve pharmacy operations.
  3. Provide professional pharmacist supervision, supporting team members in clinical activities and prescription dispensing.
  4. Manage customer service and delivery of pharmacy services, focusing on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • Pharmacist license in Manitoba or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business application proficiency (Microsoft).
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence.
  • Drive to grow pharmacy service delivery and share enthusiasm for patient care.
